m40fit was created with the aim to help the local community breathe, move, be, and live better.
Since our establishment in 2018, we have seen our members develop social connections, happiness, and enhanced movement.
What is m40fit?
We are Queanbeyan's fitness facility specifically designed to improve the quality of life for local, mature exercisers. In our approach to helping enhance the health of the community, we incorporate the following principles:

Our Purpose
Our purpose is to fill the gaps in health, fitness, and general well-being for our community. Australia has a growing and aging population, and with more isolation, the risk of poor mental and physical health increases.

We're for the beginners, experienced, singles, couples, parents and grandparents. Whether you're a chatty exerciser, or just want to do your own thing, you'll fit in with the comfortable and non-intimidating environment at m40fit.
